Scope of the service
ChefChantier is a software service for planning and tracking construction operations. Its features may be updated as the product evolves.
Account security
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account details and for actions taken through their account. Contact us without delay if you suspect unauthorized use.
User content and acceptable use
You must hold the necessary usage rights for the data and files uploaded to a project. Illegal, harmful, infringing content, or any attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service, is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The ChefChantier software, brand, interface and content are protected by intellectual-property rights and remain owned by ChefChantier or its licensors. You keep the rights to the data and files you upload and grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you.
Subscription, pricing and cancellation
You may stop using ChefChantier at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. During any free trial no charges apply and you can cancel before it ends. If paid plans are offered, the price, applicable taxes, renewal and any cancellation or refund terms are shown at checkout, in your account and here; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Right of withdrawal
For digital services supplied online, once provision begins with your express consent the statutory right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı) may no longer apply, as permitted by consumer legislation. Any free trial can still be cancelled before it ends at no charge.
Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ChefChantier is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for loss of data or profit, arising from use of the service, and it does not replace engineering supervision or professional advice — critical field decisions must be verified by qualified experts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law. You may stop using the service at any time.
External services
Links, authentication providers, maps and other third-party services may be subject to separate terms. ChefChantier is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of İstanbul are competent for disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights; consumers may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court.
